Walz Tetrick Seeks Media Assistant

Reports to Director of Media Services
Full Time

The right individual will be extremely detail-oriented and organized. We need a self-starter who can handle strategic planning and tactical execution—and not get frazzled by the need to switch gears on a moment’s notice. We are looking for someone who prefers to juggle a variety of projects and responsibilities and who would be bored with anything less. The person we hire must be able to work well in a team environment, as well as on their own. Candidates should also be eager to learn and willing to go above and beyond.

 

Job Description:
• Manage the sending out and confirming of all media orders for all markets
• Obtain added value by medium for all markets
• Daily communication with media reps to achieve client goals
• Manage the trafficking of creative assets as needed to media outlets
• Responsible for handling print and outdoor buys along side media buyers
• Assist with post performance reports
• Collaborate with media buyers to coordinate and finalize media buys
• Help with media research for media planning and buying
• Perform other data entry tasks

 

Job requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong communication skills
• Detail-oriented and thorough
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Ability to multitask and keep a positive attitude
