Bookkeeper/Office Admin at Fasone and Partners

Fasone LogoFasone & Partners is looking for a Bookkeeper/Office Administrator to fill an immediate open position with full-time benefits and flexible hours. The dual role of this position will require experience in bookkeeping as well as general office administrative skills. 2 – 3+ years’ clerical and bookkeeping experience preferred.

Essential Functions:

  • The Bookkeeper/Office Administrator will interact with clients, partners and vendors
  • Maintain accounting system and balance accounts
  • Collect/digitize receipts, conduct invoice entries, check disbursement, credit card and online
    payment processing
  • Process sales invoices, receipts and payments
  • Reconcile credit card and bank statements
  • Deal with financial paperwork and filing
  • Mail invoices to clients, and handle payment posting (check, credit card, electronic)
  • Handle staff expense reimbursement
  • General office duties: phones, office supply ordering, and light administrative support

  • Ability to prioritize and plan multiple activities, and meet objectives within established timelines
  • Seeks to understand customer/client expectations and responds to their needs
